Aberdeenshire-based industrial cleaning specialists, Sureclean, is announcing key leadership appointments as part of ambitious plans to enhance environmental protection for future generations.
Headquartered in Oldmeldrum, Sureclean has implemented a strategic restructure of its senior leadership team, aimed at strengthening operations with sustainability while driving new sales as the company embarks on a global growth trajectory.
The leadership changes are part of the company’s broader vision to increase revenue threefold over the next three years.
To enhance its management team, Sureclean has welcomed two new senior appointments. Ryan Morrison will champion growth through innovation as Head of Business Development. With a background in engineering and optimisation, Ryan will focus on inspiring growth and continuous improvement throughout Sureclean’s service offerings.
Jaibo Palmer joins as Head of Commercials, bringing his dual expertise in commercial strategy and waste management compliance to champion the company’s mission of environmental protection through waste reduction. In this pivotal role, Jaibo will spearhead commercial accountability, driving forward the company’s initiatives to enhance environmental sustainability.
In a move to promote from within, Dave Barrie has been appointed Head of Operations, transitioning from his previous role as Operations Manager. With unparalleled expertise in Sureclean’s equipment and services, Dave brings a wealth of experience from across the industrial services sector, with roles spanning onshore, offshore, and international operations, ensuring all customers get the best possible service.
Additionally, Steve Murray, is promoted to the position of Head of Sales & Sustainability, furthering the company’s commitment to environmentally responsible and sustainable business practices.
The newly appointed leaders will be based at the company’s 4.9-acre facility in Barra Business Park, Oldmeldrum. Together, the new hires bring over 125 years of combined experience in the energy sector with extensive industry knowledge and global management expertise.
