Decommissioning Meets Digital: Join ELE to Exchange Ideas on AI, Data and Technology across Energy Industries
The Energy Leadership Exchange is an established peer-to-peer learning programme designed to spark collaboration, innovation and fresh thinking across energy decommissioning.
Through the programme, you’ll be matched with a peer from a different industry background, creating a unique opportunity to exchange experiences, challenge perspectives and share best practice across nuclear, oil and gas, and renewables.
This programme intake will explore one of the most significant opportunities facing our sector: the growing role of AI, digital technologies and data in the decommissioning of legacy infrastructure.
As AI continues to shape the future of work, participants will gain insights into how these technologies are already being applied, what they mean for their careers, and how they can maximise their impact within their own roles and organisations.
We are seeking professionals at early, mid and late career stages who are keen to broaden their networks, develop new perspectives and contribute to the future of the decommissioning industry.
The programme is facilitated by an experienced organisational development coach, providing guidance and support to help participants get the most from their peer-learning partnership and conversations.
