Control Cutter Appoints Bernt Arne Breistein as New CEO

Control Cutter, the global conductor recovery and subsea cutting organisation, has announced the appointment of Bernt Arne Breistein as Chief Executive Officer, marking the next chapter in the company’s growth and global expansion.

The leadership change marks a strategic evolution for the company as it enters a new growth and scaling phase. Outgoing CEO Lukas David will transition into the role of Chief Technology Officer, continuing to play a pivotal role in shaping Control Cutter’s innovation and engineering excellence.

Founded in Norway with its UK base in Dyce, Aberdeen, Control Cutter has built a global reputation for delivering innovative decommissioning solutions.
