ComPower specialise in Nav. Aid for unmanned, closed down and decommissioned platforms. Our SCOL unit is based on battery and solar power technology with remote operating and monitoring capabilities. These units are used during dismantling of offshore installations to mark the position of elements that are without power, and they are specially designed to withstand the harsh winter conditions of the North Sea. We also specialise in UPS systems and for communication and navigation on board. Our systems are module-based, service friendly and highly reliable. We have supplied to more than 90% of the NCS.

CessCon Decom Ltd

CessCon Decom provides new and bespoke, cost effective, fit-for-purpose and environmentally responsible decommissioning services to our clients.

From our bases at Hunterston PARC in Ayrshire and Edinburgh, UK we provide decommissioning services to the onshore and offshore oil and gas, pharmaceutical, chemical and nuclear industries. We work with all major oil and gas operators, heavy lift, transportation, and engineering design contractors in order to provide the most effective solutions to our clients.

CessCon Decom provides a vast range of services across the full decommissioning lifecycle from initial studies and surveys, to offshore asset removal and onshore dismantlement and recycling, with a key focus area of project specific and bespoke Engineering Down and Cleaning solutions.

CessCon Decom provide a full onshore dismantlement and recycling service at our recycling facility at the Hunterston PARC Decommissioning Facility on the West coast of Scotland. The facility has some of the deepest waters in the UK with 40m in the channel, 30m at the floating asset reception jetty and 15m at the quay. In addition, the facility has one of Europe’s largest dry docks which allows CessCon Decom to safely and efficiently dismantle both fixed and floating assets at the same time
