Bringing together professionals from the nuclear and oil & gas industries, this interactive workshop, delivered in partnership by Decom Mission, BECBC and FIS360, is designed to encourage collaboration, share expertise and build valuable connections across the energy sector.

Rich in knowledge, experience and opportunity, the energy sector offers significant potential for cross-industry learning. However, meaningful engagement is often constrained by geography, industry boundaries and competing priorities. To address this, participants will take part in two interactive challenge sessions: one centred on a nuclear industry issue and the other on an oil & gas challenge. These discussions will explore real-world scenarios, encourage the exchange of perspectives and highlight different approaches being applied across both sectors.

Attendees will then take part in a series of structured speed-networking sessions, providing opportunities to make new connections, discuss shared interests and identify potential areas for collaboration.
